The photo speaks volumes as it to pertains to the owner of said establishment. Who would want to spend $ in his pockets w/a smart ass comment as such, not me. Service is slow, staff has no etiquettes, perhaps the owner can invest in some courses for not only themself but for employees, he has the spot to do it and it would be good for the generation that works there, so sad how slow they move. I grew up in a world if you're just standing there doing absolutely nothing maybe grab some paper towel and do some cleaning, perhaps the splotchy bathroom mirrors because that place sure could use some dusting. Sadly the south end of SCS has gone South, originally an east side no longer and so glad I'm not. This place is a dump !!

We came in on Mother's Day and surprisingly, were seated immediately. Our server, Molly, was an absolute joy. The ambiance was everything I expected (well, except for the live music that we missed). The food was SPECTACULAR! I tried something new this time (the Seafood Jambalaya) and he had the grilled chicken with potatoes and fresh grilled veggies. Thank you for yet another amazing experience. Can't wait to return soon.

The Shrimp & Grits were 10/10! Packed a punch, but the grits cake really leveled out the spice. The bacon cream sauce was super tasty. I also ordered oysters for an appetizer and they were lack luster, barely any meat for the price... So appetizer was disappointing but the main course definitely made up for it!

I came here for the first time today for lunch. I really enjoyed the food. My catfish po'boy has large, crispy pieces of fish on a sub-like bun with tangy remoulade sauce (mayonnaise-based). The fries were great: crispy on the outside, pliant on the inside. The coleslaw was the white sauce type, slightly sweet but not overly so. Our server was friendly, informative, and patient (our party had a lot of catching up to do before we ordered). The room was comfortable but a little cold. Bottom line: good food, recommended if you are a fish or New Orleans fan.
